Screen looks broken - more than one customers PC

On more than one customers's PC the screen has been unreadable.  Has anyone else had this ?  Is this known issue ? Problem occurring on more than one desk here too. It's like the monitor is faulty...

      FYI did support ticket, it was a known issue and is apparently fixed now.  Really suprised that no one else of all those who read this has the same issue or put a response on here.
