When uploading contacts via CSV file allow it to go to private contacts not just shared contacts
Currently when uploading contacts for an individual user via CSV file, the contacts import but only as shared contacts. This means for a person in our company trying to upload their personal contacts, they immediately get shared with the entire company and clutter everyone's contacts. Please make an option so that when you upload contacts for an individual user, it uploads to Private Contacts instead of Shared Contacts, or at least give the option to the user to upload to either. This is a royal pain for users who are trying to get their contacts into GoTo App and don't want to or can't use Outlook.
Search feature for text and chat messages
Many other apps with text/chat features allow you to search in old messages for keywords but there is no search feature on GoTo. It makes it really hard for us to find old messages from current clients. "Which client said they needed X? When is client Y coming in? When did client Z last reach out?" We were able to do searches when we used Google Voice. Please enable this feature asap!!!
Ability to block a caller on Desktop App
With one click of a button on the cell phone app, I can block a caller who recently called. The feature to do that on the desktop is missing, and I hope it would be a simple addition. I'm sure that these numbers are getting rotated around a lot from true spammers, but there are a handful of vendors and other sales companies that I'd also like to block. Adding this to the desktop would save me some time and make life easier :) Thanks, DaveDownload text message thread
We have staff who regularly have text message conversations with clients. They would like to be able to download the thread to save as a text file or some format that they can review on their computer. This does not currently appear to be possible. So I hope it can be a future addition.
Pop up notifications for in-office messaging.
The current notification system for messaging is too passive, and we often don't see that it is there for several minutes. If this is about an incoming call, and we don't respond quickly, that call is usually completed before we respond. It would be nice to have a pop-up enabling option, so that the messages are visible when they are received.GoTo Connect Windows Client - Appearing ontop of all other apps
Currently the GoTo Connect Windows application launches in the foreground over all other apps anytime it reauths my account. This is incredibly disruptive and irritating. This needs to occur in the background. I suggest the application launch in the Windows tray and auth my account in the background. At the very least, make this an option in the settings.
