Larger MMS picture file size
Currently the system is limited to 1 Mb image files which is often very difficult to easily send without editing the picture. Please increase the file size to at least 1.5 Mb to be competitive with other providers and easier to use this feature with the mobile app. The total size is 2 Mb for a text but only 1 Mb for an image within that text. Thank you!
Hide Admin Settings from Supervisors in Contact Centre
When assigning a supervisor to any queue or inbox in the Contact Center, that user will automatically see the admin settings for the contact center. They may not be able to change many of this settings, but can the please be hidden unless the user is made an admin of the system.
Search feature for text and chat messages
Many other apps with text/chat features allow you to search in old messages for keywords but there is no search feature on GoTo. It makes it really hard for us to find old messages from current clients. "Which client said they needed X? When is client Y coming in? When did client Z last reach out?" We were able to do searches when we used Google Voice. Please enable this feature asap!!!Call forwarding on a schedule
Could you add the ability to call forward on a schedule? Instead of using the star codes on a daily basis, it would be great to set this up on a schedule. Scenario: A back office staff member covers the front desk from 3 PM to 7 PM at the end of each day. However, she has to manually forward and unforward her calls every day. It would be beneficial to set this up on a schedule to automate the process.
Allow Grasshopper to be the default Calling and Messaging app in iOS and macOS
Please update the Grasshopper apps for iOS and macOS to allow them to be set as the default calling and/or messaging app (app used to open tel: and sms: URLs). In iOS, the default calling and messaging apps are configured in Settings > Apps > Default Apps but Grasshopper is not shown as an option. In macOS, the default calling app is configured in FaceTime > Settings… > General > Default for calls, but Grasshopper is not shown as an option. There is not yet a location in macOS to set the default messaging app, but you can use third-party apps such as SwiftDefaultApps to configure which app is used to open sms: URLs. Add shortcut to Ai Call Summaries from Call History
Please add the Ai symbol in the call history under each call 📞 so you can view the Ai Call Summaries and Transcripts built in right into the logs on your phone.. Instead of having to log into the desktop app and find analytics and then go to call logs and search for what you want.. That's kind of backwards GoTo... Please implement the Ai right into the phone logs under each call like Zoom and Dialpad..
