Meeting recording missing - after start - stop - start
So, I fat fingered and accidentally press start recording, then stop recording, then start recording on my meeting - the red recording light was still on, however only the half a second between the first start and stop is recorded to cloud. Hello! Recently speaking with a LogMein Support Representative they asked me to post here because of my request. We are using the GoToAssist Service Desk and there is no way to parse tables in incidents and when a customer sends a HTML table the text becomes unreadable. Urgent! I'm running on OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) due to requirement of other software. The new LogMeInMac Client does not work on El Capitan. I've got my older version which still works fine. How do I stop LogMeIn from automatically updating the client to the version that doesn't work on my OS. Lesser importance, why in God's name would you force out an update that doesn't check the OS before installing and thereby breaking things?!?! I'm hoping somebody can help me, I have updated my iPad with the new IPadOS 13.1.2. This operating system allows you to use an external mouse with the iPad. The mouse seems to work great in almost all programs excluding logMeIn. The iPads mouse shows on the screen, I can move it. The problem is, is it does not operate as the mouse on my remote desktop. Good Morning, I have some site that require authentication by certificate already installed. Whit LogmeinAV, even completely disabling each component not appear a little window that ask to proceed with cert authentication (see attached image), and site go in error. I can only remove all AV and restart computer to do it. Also insert iexplorer.exe (or other browser) and local appdata folder contain certificates no have success. When we try to transfer a file from a network drive (full access, on a domain) via GoToResolve to a customer, it doesn't send after we click download on their end. It just sits with a grey bar. We are in admin mode and have file access in GoToResolve. Happens from either the web portal or local install of GoToResolve. Since sometime late last week, multiple users at my organization have reported their machines either showing up as offline in the Gotomypc connect window or as visibly online but refusing to allow an actual connection. The problem is resolved by an admin RDP'ing into the affected machine and restarting the Gotomypc service. This happened to at least four people on Friday and so far this morning there have been three, perhaps four, more. One user checked his event logs on Friday and found an installer event that indicated Gotomypc had attempted to update and then appeared to no longer have an agent present on the system. My team and I have been experiencing issues where when accessing any PC in the company, unattended or attended, the session seems to flicker a LOT. It seems to only happen when you aren't actively clicking in the session when the session turns black and white then it flickers. Is there a way to stop this? I'm Founder/CTO at a service called aEvent. We help our (200+) business users increase their registrations/attendance/and results from their online events., mainly using GTW. Long story short, some new GTW changes were implemented on Thursday night have prevented our users webinars from running. I've been with support since Thursday but have no luck- and in the meantime our users are all out of business. Support says our IPs are all blocked because they appear to be from a VPN. I explained them this is our in house data center and our mutual users logging into their accounts to host their webinars, answer questions, etc. They don't have a solution for me or my dozens of users and are slowly, slowly escalating me.
