Reporting for Alerts
It would be nice to have a report for alerts that you could run to see which pc's are on the alert. I have a report setup to show pc's with 5gb or less hd space. I have to thumb through all of the alerts to find which pc's are on it. It continually throws alerts until you acknowledge them and then you don't get alerts anymore.474Views5likes1CommentAlerts - New Software - More granular filters
We would like the ability to use a filter to include/exclude keywords when creating new software alerts. For example, we do not want to have alerts for Microsoft product installation/updates. So we would like to exclude alerts for any product that contains the word "Microsoft"26Views4likes1CommentOrigin Report on which interface attendees join
Hi there, is there a way to find out how many participants participated via browser, desktop or smartphone? We are discussing about integrating more interactivity into our webinars which only makes sense if the majority of attendees join via desktop / browser and not mobile. Thanks, Thomas2.4KViews4likes11CommentsVoicemail report under the call reports
I saw a few other suggestions on this but I also want to suggest that there should be some type of voicemail report under the call reports. Managers should have visibility into voicemails to ensure that team members are handling voicemails. Also, there should be an option to retrieve deleted voicemails as well. Goto really needs to look into enhancing this and making this an option as I know I am not the only client who would have a need for this.443Views3likes4CommentsPhone attendance report
Hundreds of our participants are blocked from downloading and logging into GoToWebinar’s platform by firewall protections at their places of work, and we anticipate this number continuing to grow. However, those who are blocked by firewalls are still able to access our presentations over the phone using the number and access code from their GoToWebinar email invite. In order to accurately capture the attendance of our presentations, we need to know how many participants are calling in. This metric has become increasingly important for gauging the reach of our program as we have transitioned to an exclusively virtual environment during the pandemic. While we appreciate the updates that GoToWebinar has made in the Analytics section, we also understand that collecting call-in data is available for GoToMeeting and would like to request the addition of this feature to GoToWebinar as well. Thank you in advance for considering our request that we feel would benefit our organization as well as yours.4.7KViews3likes12CommentsSpam and Fraud call protection enhancements
We need some call spam and Fraud protections and blocklists. There should be a way to see known spam call lists. There are a lot of spoofed numbers that are robocalls and they need to block or have a way to block unconfirmed calls. one way to validate calls is to confirm that a call matches the incoming number that is calling it is does not match do not allow it thru.99Views2likes6CommentsShow Canceled Webinars in Analytics
I went to cancel a webinar and inserted my new copy message. However, I wanted to save and preview. What occurred was the system automatically Cancelled the webinar and didn't send a message to registrants. Now, I can't return to a saved copy to make edits or the fact that an email that wasn't entirely ready to deploy actually deployed (or maybe it didn't deploy??) to the registrants. I went to the Past Events tab, and the original webinar set-up/schedule that was cancelled doesn't appear anywhere. No trace. No way to recover. Probably no deployment. It would be a great idea to keep record of webinars that have been set-up, cancelled, and saved. Allow the user to delete or keep for tracking purposes. I really needed to repurpose and reschedule this webinar. Now, your system has removed it completely!357Views2likes5Comments
