RobGainer After checking with the team this appears to be a separate issue from the one they were originally investigating so I will need to gather more details from you. Can you please share more details about:
- the file types you are sending
- the kinds of devices the people receiving the messages are using (native app on mobile, desktop running the GoTo App, etc)
- how the person receiving the message opens them (open directly or save to device then open)
