Welcome to the Community. This is unusual. To better understand, Does this happen when creating the Polls, or during the Webinar, or in the recording?

When creating the polls there's no issues. However, on the day of presenting when we go back to double check they are either deleted or duplicated. We've tried deleting and re-creating, which results in multiple duplications or deletions again. In the past we've never experienced this issue, but it's happened with two webinars now.

Thanks for the additional information. This is not a current known issue. I see you have a case open with Customer Support, please continue working with them. I recommend having the Webinar IDs of the affected Webinar ready to share in order for the support team to take a close look at what may be happening.

Hi Kate,
I think the case has accidentally been closed. How can we reopen it?
Is GoTo going through an update? I've been told some customers have the 'classic version' and others have a new version green header. They are also experiencing issues with features being glichy, i'm wondering if it's due to this system upgrade/transition.
