Email verification pending Is not sending email
Hi,
I am unable to get the Email verification email on a specific account. I tried to change the email and you still get the same issue on this account. Email setup is correct and I created a new account with a new smtp and it works perfectly fine.
This is a specific issue to the account but as there is no support with the free version I am unable to log it with support.

Hi Glen,
It is a business o365 and I manage the tenant. It works perfectly fine with the new GoTo account creating a new alias smtp to the same email account. I have now removed and added the devices to my new account but it is strange that the original account will not work.Eric

Is this email attached to a private domain or is it using an online email provider like gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc?
