Email verification pending Is not sending email

Hi,

I am unable to get the Email verification email on a specific account. I tried to change the email and you still get the same issue on this account. Email setup is correct and I created a new account with a new smtp and it works perfectly fine. 

This is a specific issue to the account but as there is no support with the free version I am unable to log it with support.

    Hi Glen,


    It is a business o365 and I manage the tenant. It works perfectly fine with the new GoTo account creating a new alias smtp to the same email account. I have now removed and added the devices to my new account but it is strange that the original account will not work.

    Hi Eric, welcome to the community.

     

    Is this email attached to a private domain or is it using an online email provider like gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc?
