LogMeIn will not connect and is still running

this is the screenshot of what I get after I receive the 6 digit code. It takes longer to connect to the session. I am using a desktop Dell computer running Windows 10

    As a workaround you can hold-start the session once or twice and the connection should be ok after it.

    Yes, several Microsoft techs tried to use it over a period of a week.

    I'm using Windows 10 desktop. 

    is this the info you need:

        Device Settings:

    Product ID: 0031-20471-20000-AA681

    System type: 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

    Windows specs:

    Windows 10 Pro

    Hello!

    Could you provide some additional information?
    Do you experience it with all of your technicians, if so, do they have win 10?
    What is the impacted OS version numbers?
    What is the TC version number? Do they use Desktop TC or browser based TC?
    What kind of applet do you use when experience this issue? Unattended, Instant Chat, Generic Applet?

    Mohanraj  I think it would be best to call directly into Customer Support so that we may fully document the problem environment.  There is certainly not enough detail via email support for us to diagnose a new problem such as this.

    Hi ,

     

    The same issue for me too. The user is waiting for the technician to connect and the console could not connect to the user PC.

    The issue started from 2 days before.

    Tired with 3 different windows 10 PC  with 3 different network, all have same issues.

    Also raised it with Logmein support, the response was to Whitelist the Logmein sites and service in Firewall

    In this case i dont have a firewall and using the logmein rescue for more than 3years in the same PC harware and network.

    Hi Bruce,

    Have you ever connected successfully before?

    Have you tried rebooting the affected PC and then connecting again?
