Hi hyoun, thank you for the additional information, I have removed it for your privacy. From what you posted it looks like you are actually trying to cancel a LMI Pro account and not GoTo Connect. I will update the support ticket that Kate started for you and they will be in contact to assist further.

I'm trying to create a case for you. Is the email you used here in Community is associated with your account? If not can you message me the email? (Click on my username and you will see the option to message me on the top right).
Could you also verify that you are trying to cancel GoToConnect?
