The SMS Change has been Horrible

We've had enough. We will not be submitting our information again after 4-5 times. The GoTo AI systems are not helpful, and it appears that we are being charged by GoTo for each submission. So, we will be moving our SMS communications to the other company that we use where we have had no problems.

Also, your AI support doesn't work, either. It does not get me to where I need to be.

I'm longing for the GoTo days where I could speak to a real support person sitting in Santa Barbara. Those were the good 'ol days.

    We have been working with them since early November and still are having issues. We even got the numbers under the amount required and still they don't work. Any time I ask for an update I either get ignored for several days, get provided a non-answer or in their recent email they lie to me.

    Thank you so much for this! That explains why our other 2 texting vendors did not require any compliance hoops to jump through.

    The GoTo texing was nice while it lasted.

    I absolutely agree with the AI support feedback here. Its not ready to be used in a live environment. Unless you are willing to do so at the cost of your own customers. 

    We also use an alternative texting platform, after going through many options, GoTo's just isn't there yet. There are so many "features" GoTo wants to implement but they are rushing through each one putting out a halfassed product (faxing is an example). None of those had us go through any compliance set up because that is actually something the texting PLATFORM should be doing not each individual customer that uses the platform to text.
