GoToWebinar and MacOS Tahoe 26

Good morning everyone, I updated to macOS Tahoe.
GoToMeeting works BUT it is impossible to use the right button or the arrow on the Staff tab.
This problem means that they are unable to deactivate the microphones of their respective panellists or to appoint a new speaker if necessary.

Can anyone help me or provide me with information about it?

Thank you very much. It's very important to me.

Umberto

klimt26, Thanks for getting back to me. I understand that a smooth attendee experience is crucial, especially with such large webinar audiences and already planned events.

GoTo Webinar’s new experience is designed specifically to minimize disruption for both organizers and participants. When running a scheduled webinar, attendees do not need to download any new software; they can join directly from their web browser. This helps eliminate the downloading needed with the classic experience. When you switch to the new experience, your attendees will automatically be on the new experience as well.

Have you tested it yet? It's easy to switch to new experience and switch back to classic in the dashboard

We are here to help in the Community with any questions and feedback when you try the new experience. Just let us know.

I'll explain my fear Kate. I manage webinars in which over 800 people sometimes participate. Many events have already been scheduled. My fear is that using the new experience version there will be repercussions on the participants as they are forced to download a new version of the software, become familiar with it, etc.

klimt26 thanks for getting back to me.

At this stage, we do not have a timeline for when a fix will be available for the issue you’re experiencing in the classic experience.

Could you please share more details about why using the new experience may not be feasible for your needs? Understanding your specific challenges or requirements will help us better support you, as well as provide valuable feedback that I can share with the team. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Kate, yes, I'm still using Tahoe but the problem is still present. Can you check by when this bug can be fixed please. The solution of using new experience is not feasible for me that I have to have administrator functions during webinars.

    Thank you very much.

    HI klimt26

That's interesting, I haven't received a notice that it has been resolved. Are you still on Tahoe? Are you now able to unmute, dismiss and promote attendees?

Hi Kate, today accessing the page I notice that the issue appears to be resolved. Do you happen to have any news about it? I work as an administrator of various webinar paths and I need to be able to manage the other speakers.
I don't think the new experience is suitable for my situation.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Hi Kate, thanks for getting back to me.
I confirm that the application in question is GoToMeeting v10.20.0 (see attached images).

As you can see, the icons related to the microphone, the camera... are crushed (a situation that had never occurred before the update).

I confirm that, regarding the Participants tab, both the Participants section and the Staff section do not allow the use of the right button.

In addition, even if you click with the main mouse button, on the dart see attached images)) no drop-down menu is activated.

I hope everything is clear now.
I thank you in advance for your cooperation.

    Umberto

    Hi klimt26

Nice to see you. I moved your post to GoToMeeting Discussion board based on the mentions of the product, but I realize I'm not sure if you mean GoTo Meeting or GoTo Webinar?

    • If you are on GoToWebinar, are you using the classic version or the new experience
    • Is the right click button working as expected elsewhere? Is it just with staff that you are unable to use it?
    • If possible, can you share a screenshot of what you are trying to do?

Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.
