Need help routing calls

We are having trouble calling back numbers that called us and we've spoken to.  Is there a easier way to view the last person one employee spoke to?  While on the phone, a few other calls may have come in, so it gets lost in the list.

We have two company extensions that ring multiple numbers - is there a way to view only which number picked up?

    Hi grasshopperuser​, Welcome to the Community, 

    There is a call history in both the mobile and desktop app. You can also sign in to the web portal  that shows you  all calls received, sent, and missed. This article explains how to access all of this.  

    I'm not sure if you were already using those options, if you need further assistance, let me know and note if you use the mobile or desktop app.
