I support a couple of different customers with Call Queues, and I am finding that the call position is not being announced to the caller in both cases. Please advise.

Announcements for a caller's position in queue is a feature currently offered for basic queues in GoTo's Contact Center Complete Solution and something we hope to add for intelligent call routing queues. I have logged your interest as an enhancement request. We know comfort messages for waiting callers are important and hope to offer expanded capabilities on this feature in the future.
