Create a knowledge base like Go TO Assist where techs can post and publish articles internally
Hi @shensyel, I've got some good news for you. An agent and end-user facing knowledge base is in the near-term roadmap. We'll likely have a call for beta users prior GA, so keep an eye - I'll also follow up here.
