We'll likely have a call for beta users prior GA, so keep an eye - I'll also follow up here. You can see all of the current roadmap here:https://community.logmein.com/t5/GoTo-Resolve-News/GoTo-Resolve-Roadmap-Preview-H2-2024/ba-p/316881 Best, Chris Re: GoPilot Terms of Use Question Hi againEric_COL, Sorry for the delay here. After speaking with our lead engineer, he did confirm our AI terms should be updated as they do not align with how GoPilot data is used or stored by subprocessors, like OpenAI. He confirmed the blog I shared is accurate in the security of data. Thank you for flagging the inconsistency with the terms. We're working to update them soon. Best, Chris Re: GoPilot Terms of Use Question HiEric_COL, I've passed along the question to one of our lead engineers and will let come back as as soon as I get an answer. In the meantime, I think this blog will give you more insight specific to GoPilot, AI as a Service, and steps we've taken regarding security:https://www.goto.com/blog/using-ai-as-a-service. Additionally, from a zero trust stand point, the GoTo Resolve zero trust architecture is in place to prevent any unverified actions being taken on or access to your devices. This would be unrelated to information put into GoPilot's conversational interface. I recently posted this blog which talks about our zero trust and its important role in the remote access space today. -Chris Re: How are you currently using AI at work? HiBP-Brett, I connected with some of our AI team and they recommended these as good free GenAI 101 courses: Intro to Large Language Models- a one hour overview from a former OpenAI Engineer AI for Everyone- a 6 hours course from famous Stanford professor Andrew Ng Let me know if you find them useful. -Chris CISO Roundtable Webinar: Continuing the Conversation Hi everyone, Thank you to those of you who attended our recent webinar CISO Roundtable: Real-world Cyber Security Strategies That Work. If you didn’t get a chance to attend, I encourage you to watch the recordinghere.Different points hit on included why some security leaders don't buy into "zero trust" as a term, tactics for streamlining recovery time from weeks to under 24 hours, and insights on the right fit (and wrong fit) when it comes to AI. Let's continue the great discussion we heard between our 3 security leaders and learn from each other. An area I'm always intrigued by is the idea of working smarter, not harder. The panel discussed some ways automation and AI can help push forward security posture and make your team more productive. I'd love to hear from you about ways you have or plan to inject more automation and/or AI into your security strategies. Feel free to also share any other strategies or tips you'd like to share with your fellow security peers. GoTo's April Release See what's new at GoTo! Re: Roadmap anywhere? Hi, thank you for your interest in GoTo Resolve and its future. We currently don't have a public view of the roadmap - though plans are in the works to tackle this. However, I'd be more than happy to connect with you myself or someone on my product team to run you through our plans and learn a little more about how you'd like to use GoTo Resolve. I'll send you a private message and we can connect if you're interested. Best, Chris August Product Update Helpdesk, UI updates, and more have been released in the past few weeks.
