Currently as of Noon PDT, my Device List is not displaying in either the web or desktop console. All services are showing as up and running at https://status.gotoresolve.com/. Is there an issue on GoTo's end?

AWS has updated its status to resolved and we see service restoring to normal.

Our office and IT department is seeing this - everyone is having the same problem the screen is blank I hope this gets resolved quickly
AWS is down is this in any way related? We are unable to troubleshoot on top of this... @GlennD

The allowlist for firewalls includes the following:

Yes, it is my understanding that the current AWS issues are the root cause. We are working to mitigate the issue and restore service currently.
Looks like the console is working again.
