Ticket Status "Blocked" ?

What do the different default Ticket Statuses mean as far as functionality goes? - Open, In Progress, Blocked, Closed .  I couldn't find any definitions anywhere.

Re: Ticket Status "Blocked" ?

@Jeff_  Blocked is usually used in ticketing when something cannot progress because there is another dependent. Some examples would be if someone was waiting for QA, waiting for customer response, waiting on a dependent feature release, etc.   Basically in between progress and closing successfully, there is an option to block until the blocker is removed (whatever you are waiting for) and the ticket can progress.
