When I am running multiple support sessions, and a client in one of the not-in-focus session chats to me, it makes the chat in that session the active one, and anything that I'm trying to type in what was the in-focus session is lost. This might honestly be the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced with any software I've ever used. Let me choose when to switch over and reply, and let me keep typing in the chat of the session that I've chosen to have in focus.
