for some of our sites we have all servers and all end user computers setup as unattended computers. Most of the time, users email in their issues and we quickly like to jump on their computer to resolve the issue, but ofcourse, without interfering with what they are doing. Many clients would be totally fine, if we via the unattended computer window, could initiate a chat only first, before actually taking over their screen. Or send them a "ping" that we are ready to start the session. Would be greaet if something like this could be built in in a future version of GoToAssist.
