For users using the GoTo app for Windows they are clicking the contacts button on the left nav menu and get a screen that says 404. Running Windows 10 Enterprise and the latest GoTo update. The contacts option in the Android app works fine. The behavior is the same on the internal corporate network and on external networks. It is a recent issue.

Can you tell us what version of the app you are running? The version number is displayed as the last item of the avatar drop down menu.
Please also include the PBX name, the PBX name can be found on the bottom of most left navigation menus (ie Voicemail and Activity)
