So today we having been down due to an outage at GoTo for well over an hour now. Because GoTo controls the phone system AND the ring tone there is no way for us to port forward the ring tone to a medical answering service. It simply doesn't work? So as a medical office that has urgent calls we are unable to forward those calls to a answering service when the phones go down? What are the options for GoTo customers when the phones cripple the business as they are for us currently?
Been down since 9:48 AM PST - no one is able to make a call in or out, when you dial our main number it does nothing
Its currently 11:21 PST - phones are still down.

I apologize for the current frustration, we have everyone working on this. I will work with the team to see what temporary workarounds could be used in this situation.
GoTo website says VOIP is operational but ours has been down for hours. Do you have VOIP? Thank you!

Yep we are VOIP, and those calls are not happening! No inbound or out, no inner office, yet we have a dial tone on the phone itself.
Connection Status shows these down: PSTN so it must be effecting VOIP calls as well.

We are updating the status page to include VOIP, we are making changes which should improve things.
Over 400 devices and several clients are unable to do business for the last 2 hours. VoIP systems. Last update was 20 minutes ago. Really hoping you guys are close to a resolution.
