Weighted queue
I use to be able to weight queues. This allowed a user in multiple queues to receive priority callers accordingly. For instance, our new patient coordinator had a queue and she was also in the receptionist queue. So when there were no callers in the new patient queue she would get calls waiting in the receptionist queue. I would like that feature back. Is there any work around that would accomplish this?
