The audio will drop every 10 minutes during a gotowebinar meeting. I have opened all the the ports that the help articles say to open. I haven't had problems in 10 years using this service. No one seems to know how to fix it in support. Any Ideas?
Since the problem began, have you tested the same computer used to join GoToMeeting with on a different network completely?
What it sounds like to me is a possible latency issue within your own LAN. You can monitor for latency with various free third-party apps during your next session in order to potentially 'see' where the drops are occurring.
