What happened to Live Q&A during Webcast/Recorded events?
Earlier this year, around February, we were running some "simulated live" test events using pre-recorded videos using the Webcast/Virtual Events options. During the tests and organizer was needed and it allowed for live moderated Q&As. I don't see an option for live Q&A's anymore under "Recorded" or "Virtual Events" options. Tried reverting to classic GoToWebinar and still no options for live q&a's, it only has the option for questions to get emailed to you at the end of the webcast.
Anyone have experience with Interprefy translation services?
Does anyone have any experience using Interprefy along with GoTo Webinar? I need to be able to generate French subtitles for English language webinars in real time. Our webinars often have multiple speakers, so the PowerPoint workaround will not work for us. I am using the new GoToWebinar, and when my speakers share their PowerPoint in slide show mode, GoToWebinar only displays the editing view of PowerPoint if they choose to share only the PowerPoint application. Therefore, they are compelled to share their entire screen to resolve this issue. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Cancelled Registrations That Shouldn't Be
We have many webinars that are hosted each month, usually 2-3 per week. We have an increasing number of participants calling in to our Support team at our company because when they click their link to join the webinar, it says their registration is canceled; however, they did not cancel it, nor did we. why is this happening and how do we fix it?Multiple sessions of a webinar, but only one ics to download
Hey, we usually schedule one registration page for one event. But now we have three sessions we want to promote under one registration page. Set-up is easy, but we only get one calendar link (ics) to download, only for the first session. Is there any solution out there how we can get the other two links over to the registred persons, too, so they can save it in their calendar?
