Cancelled plan

Hello,

 

After a year we do not longer need to use this solution to meet our colleages, so it was cancelled. Now, we want to access all the recorded sessions but they are not longer available to download. As my account is still working is there anyway to download these files? If we buy a 1 month plan will the file be available again?

Hi @YWT ,

Yes, if you reactivate an expired plan your reports and recordings will become available agian for download.

Yes, just be sure to disable the auto-renewal function for that subscription if you expect to expire it after 30 days.

I've tried to add a one month plan but I can't find the way to do it. I only can renew the one year plan.

I´ve tried, buy when I login I'm redirected to my account and I don´t know how to purchase the plan.

What happens if you enter new billing information at the sign-up page?

If you'd like some help, we also have billing specialists available by telephone ...

If your account is deactivated already, then you will need new billing info to re-activate a plan, in order to access your webinar recordings.
