Hi there,
I scheduled a recorded webinar to be launched in coming few days and would like to replace a new video from video library. However, after selecting the new video and click "Save", the error message "Something went wrong, please try again" keeps popping up.
I tried different ways: incognito mode, change broswer, clear cache - all didn't work.
I also asked my colleagues to try on their computer, also didn't work.
I then created a testing recorded webinar to try changing video, it worked.
However I don't want to create a new link as we already got lots of ppl registered. Can anyone recommend a workaround?
Hi @Arieschan ,
Sorry about the errors there.
Was this recording one that you uploaded yourself, or a previous webinar that saved straight to your cloud recordings area online?
If this was a cloud stored recording to begin with, did you edit that recording afterwards?
I'm getting the same error and I have a webinar in just one hour from now! I desperatedly need to change it ASAP or I will have to cancel with more than 700 people subscribed! Can you help me?
@giselab Can you answer the previous questions?
Are you seeing the same error after clearing the local cache, then re-signing into your GoToWebinar account?
Yes, still see it. Other people in my team tried it as well, and they all get the same message.
OK @giselab , are you able to contact Customer Support to create a case for investigation?
I have an upcoming Recorded Webinar scheduled and it is receiving registrants. I need to change the recording that plays during this event. Every time I try to select a different recording from my GTW video library, I get an error message in GTW. "Something went wrong. Please try again." This has been an issue for weeks.
Hi @Daniel Limbach,
Could you please try signing into your account using a private or incognito browser tab and then try to switch the recording?
I tried this solution for the same problem I am having...still not possible to change the recording.
Hello - I am also having the same issue. Why is this an issue and how can we fix it?
