Cannot get webinars from before February 2025 to appear
Hi, in the analytics dashboard, no matter how many times I change the calendar date range to 2023, the results will only show webinars to February 2025, even though we have run many webinars in 2023 and in 2024. I have logged out and back in a few times, and have tried different browsers but the issues persists. My colleague though has no issue and webinars from 2023 to today are appearing for him. I'm approaching the end of day one in a four-day course on GTW but have been struggling all day to find out how to access a text window in the Chat tab...?! Also, apparently the team can't see my questions in the Questions tab (which does have a text window as opposed to the Chat tab). I contacted the organizer's support team and was advised to try another browser, delete browser extensions, and exit and re-enter, but nothing helped. Finally, I tried to download the GoTo app for desktop (Instead of just clicking the link provided by the organizer), but for some reason I keep getting a "something went wrong" message when I try to sign in. So, I'm pretty desperate by now, having paid a substantial amount of money for the course and not being able to interact with the speaker and the team along the way and in the Q&A sessions. I previously received a notification that my payment had failed because the credit card was canceled. However, I just received a new invoice today showing that the payment was successfully processed — even though the card should no longer be active. I checked my account, but I’m unable to view, edit, or remove the credit card details from the billing section. The payment method appears completely inaccessible on my end. Why would this happen? Could someone please help me verify the payment status? And who should I contact directly to resolve this issue? Hello! Is there a way to not have the registration landing page copy included in the confirmation emails that go out? Earlier this year, around February, we were running some "simulated live" test events using pre-recorded videos using the Webcast/Virtual Events options. During the tests and organizer was needed and it allowed for live moderated Q&As. I don't see an option for live Q&A's anymore under "Recorded" or "Virtual Events" options. Hi all, I report the problem that at the end of the webinar session, the attendance report is generated. Anyone who uses the phone call instead of the web connection isn't put in the PARTICIPANTS LIST. Why this? It generates problems later in the face of providing a certificate. How can this bug be solved? The access code generated is associated with the registration name, therefore it should be unique for the user who participates. Thank you in advice for suggest. We've recently switched over to Hubspot for all our registration forms and noticed an influx of responses from webinar registrants saying that they didn't receive their confirmation email. It looks like the integration is all connected properly in real-time and the users are shown as registered in GotoWebinar, so I can't see why the confirmation email isn't being triggered.
