Custom bacground for panelists
Hi, we tried it with backgrounds using ChromaCam and it works well only for organizer (when I'm logged in GoTo). Our presenters (panelists) have only Lite version of ChromaCam - there is always watermark and no option for custom bacground (uploading own files). How do you suggest to solve this, any ideas? We need our panelists to have professional, own backgrounds. But our panelists don't log in GoToWebinar account, they just use their panelists' links. Help.

The new GoTo Webinar is currently available in beta, so you can test the background feature. When it is available for your account, you will see a banner at the top of your dashboard after your sign in on the website.

We also met the same webcam issue with panelists and co-organizers!
We want to have a professional webinar for customers, but they're just a ChromaCam Lite version for them. There are few background options and can not upload the image themselves, or the background with a watermark.
It seems the Pro version is bundled with the admin account, but we can't provide the admin account and password for them.
We got lots of complaints from our partners about this issue.........even challenging why choose this platform.... really frustrated.
Would like to get the solution as soon as possible....

The new GoTo App experience (currently available to GoToMeeting and GoToTraining customers), now includes a native custom background feature. We are already working on bringing GoToWebinar's features over to the GoTo App and once it is ready for customers to start using we will announce it here in the community.

Hi, thanks. Maybe in the meantime we could figure out another solution, based on licensing? Maybe we could buy another type of license to give access to ChromaCam Pro (GTM version) to 1-2 more users?

We are testing a native background solution internally at the moment with the GoTo App for GoToMeeting and GoToTraining. Once GoToWebinar transitions to the GoTo App as well it will be available as a replacement to using Chromacam. I do not have an ETA for when this will happen yet, but I will keep the community updated as we progress.
