administrator using go to webinar, started webinar, and it immediately said I'm not online (when it was) and then I couldn't get into the webinar to run it. - I had to cancel a webinar today and don't know why it didn't work..
I'm sorry you experienced this difficultly when trying to host your webinar. That error message is displayed when our software is unable to connect to our servers, typically because something is blocking the connection. I would recommend calling our Support so they can run some network tests with you to ensure this does not happen again.
