Problem with recording upload

I cannot upload my recording after the event has finished - it gets to 33% then hangs. No errors, just stops and doesn't complete. I have plenty of space left and have done this for many of our other webinars. I have uninstalled and redownloaded but it hasn't made any difference

I keep checking the updates link you sent - but there's no fix as yet. I'm very behind with loading our recordings and distributing there and we have another webinar this morning. Is there an ETA on this being fixed?

This issue should now be resolved and you should be able to upload your recordings. I'm very sorry for the extended nature of this issue and the frustration it has caused.
