Individual calendar events per session for a singular GoTo Webinar event .ics file
Apparently a GoTo Webinar event with multiple sessions on different days, only displays the initial first session upon downloading and opening and saving the .ics file. Thus it looks like only one event. Is there no way to have split or multiple .ics files associated with the event on the event page? Is this just a symptom of MS Outlook? Overall the calendar integration and functionality for GoTo Webinar is very rudimentary and antiquarian. PowerPoint slide show issue
I am using the new GoToWebinar, and when my speakers share their PowerPoint in slide show mode, GoToWebinar only displays the editing view of PowerPoint if they choose to share only the PowerPoint application. Therefore, they are compelled to share their entire screen to resolve this issue. Is anyone else frustrated with the restrictions on the chat feature in GTW? We often want the ability for our attendees to put information in the chat to share and be seen by all the attendees. But there is no way to do this. Are there any plans to expand the chat functionality to allow attendee use? Also, as an organizer, I wasn't able to pin a chat from an attendee, only organizer messages. Example: I had a chat with an attendee, they supplied some useful information, but I couldn't pin it for everyone to see. Any suggestions or workarounds to make it more interactive? I don't really feel like typing this all out. Please review Ticket/ case number 21874043 The admin portal is very clunky when adding a second phone to share the ext number of an existing ext. Switching between the Classic Experience vs New Experience
Some months ago we "upgraded" from "classic" experience to the "new" experience.
