Hi, we no longer seem to be able to log in to GoToWebinar, I think due to the fact that there is an ampersand in the email address we use for our account. It didn't seem to cause an issue previously, but with the change to the new log in screen we now receive the message "Enter a valid email address" and are unable to proceed further. Any advice on how we might be able to get around this.
Just to follow up on this, I've managed to get through to the call centre and have changed the email address associated with the account so I'm now able to log in.
Hey @MarkJam , apologies for the delay. We expect to have this situation resolved soon, so you should be able to log in with an email that contains special characters again soon.
