Hi,
I am using GoToWebinar Lite plan and have a problem with attendees audio. In the control panel, I can´t see the unmute option. And attendees connected via a web app can´t unmute a microphone (the microphone is allowed in Google Chrome).

If this is a webcast webinar, then that would explain the limitation. If you only have webcast scheduling ability, then we can currently upgrade your plan to include other webinar types (previously limited on Lite plans).

If some attendees are able to speak but not others, do you know anything about the affected operating system and Chrome browser version?
