Tags and sort messages in the Shared Inbox
We need to be able to flag messages for other members of the team to pick up. We are able to tag messages, but not able to filter by the tags. Given this we are unsure how tags are intended to help workflow. Would appreciate community input. When I am logged into multiple shared inboxes. I cannot start a new tex thread from from the inbox I am in when I initiate the new thread. I just had a customer asking if their was a way in the GoTo mobile app to increase the size of the text messages by pinching/zooming in with fingers? They are older and its hard for them to see the text with its current size. They are sick of taking screenshots of their screen and then zooming in on the screenshot. Hello, 2 years ago I lost a customer as they needed a feature that allowed for the system to call out to a service tech afterhours to let them know there was a voicemail left. I brought it up to GoTo to possibly add this feature. A lot of times the call needs to be made to wake up the person on call. Voicemail to email isn't a good solution for these situations. Well, now this month there are 2 additional customers that are requesting this feature. I am having to look elsewhere to quote that solution. Is this a feature that GoTo can add to their timeline. Here are the specific functions it would be nice to be able to do: Be about to choose the outbound number from the DIDs on the account that shows up when the voicemail notification and have a cascading schedule that can be customized as to how many minutes before each voicemail notification, and how many attempts are made before going to the second in line, 3rd in line etc. A specific example of what a customer needs is as follows: The system will make an outbound call to the first person in line that is on call. If the call is missed it will try every 15 minutes for 1 hour. After that, the system will call the second persons cell phone in line that is the back up on call every 15 minutes for an hour. After that the system will call the 3rd person in line every 15 minutes for an hour And the last stop it rings on the 4th cell phone over and over again until the voicemail is checked or deleted. We have staff who regularly have text message conversations with clients. They would like to be able to download the thread to save as a text file or some format that they can review on their computer. This does not currently appear to be possible. It would be wonderful to have a Search Engine on the texting app. We find that we have to type in the entire customer cell number and hit a period in order to just pull up a previous text, so we can review information. We need to be able to zoom into photos / images that are received via MMS within the goto connect app. Currently we are forced to download or take screenshots so that we can perform this process. This is not practical also not all received images/photos need to be downloaded instead just looked at and discarded. Please give us the option to just zoom in/out of an image within goto. When we receive an inbound call, the caller is most likely a first-time caller. When we click on the caller's send SMS icon in the far right column, it only sends as a direct SMS that does not show up in the shared inbox.
