End wrap up time for queue calls on mobile app
It is currently not possible for an agent to end their wrap up time manually after a queue call has been handled when using the mobile app. They must wait until the end of the wrap up time to be returned to the queue. I’d love to see GoTo Connect add a feature that allows users to create and save SMS text templates for frequently used messages. This would save time and improve efficiency by eliminating the need to retype common responses (e.g., “What are your store hours?” or “Here is our website”). Ooma Office had this feature, and it was extremely convenient. When messages to a shared number are responded to each user only sees that the number (or themselves) is who responded to the text. Makes it tricky to try and figure out who picked up the conversation. Many users that work in offices are not at their desks so it would be nice if you could assign a call park/call park retrieve icon in the app. This is a feature that RingCentral and several other hosted providers have on their mobile apps. When a client joins a meeting, I share my screen and need them to sign forms at the end, I can only give mouse control if they are on a laptop or computer but I need to be able give this access to phone users as well. I found the setting that lets me choose whether to place calls through my cell provider or over the internet. Is there a way to select this option on a per-call basis? When I used a big competitor, I could choose my calling method each time I made a call, which was really helpful. Since I’m often moving in and out of the office, I’d prefer not to dig into my settings every time.
