I agree that this is an important issue to resolve. Very rarely am I, as the organizer, presenting the slides myself. My client is doing that. And we use polling questions a lot. Therefore, they are not captured in the recording and this is not good because a good number of our registrants are watching the recording afterwards, and it lessens the experience for them. The presenters discuss the results in real time and that discussion is confusing for people watching the recording afterwards. This was not an issue in the previous version of the webinar platform. Hi! My presenter in my last webinar played a short video embedded in her PowerPoint presentation, but although the mp4 video itself was good quality, we couldn't hear the audio. It was muffled and inaudible in places. Unfortunately she added the video at the last minute, so I wasn't made aware during our Technical/practice run. The video plays perfectly in the stand alone PowerPoint, and I've also played the video separately in a test webinar and it is good. She says it works perfectly in Teams and Zoom. I am using the new GoToWebinar, and when my speakers share their PowerPoint in slide show mode, GoToWebinar only displays the editing view of PowerPoint if they choose to share only the PowerPoint application. Therefore, they are compelled to share their entire screen to resolve this issue. Hello - I am trying to use Virtual Events for the first time, as we are hosting several webinars over the course of two weeks for our Back To School campaign. The layout is much more modern/informative vs the standard, however, regardless of date you select to register for, your initial email says "the beginning date" which is fine, but it WILL confuse people. We created an event in Webinar, but when we start it, it just shows “Session not available” or “Session was removed.” However, we can still see the event in the dashboard. Hi, in the analytics dashboard, no matter how many times I change the calendar date range to 2023, the results will only show webinars to February 2025, even though we have run many webinars in 2023 and in 2024. I have logged out and back in a few times, and have tried different browsers but the issues persists. My colleague though has no issue and webinars from 2023 to today are appearing for him. I'm approaching the end of day one in a four-day course on GTW but have been struggling all day to find out how to access a text window in the Chat tab...?! Also, apparently the team can't see my questions in the Questions tab (which does have a text window as opposed to the Chat tab). I contacted the organizer's support team and was advised to try another browser, delete browser extensions, and exit and re-enter, but nothing helped. Finally, I tried to download the GoTo app for desktop (Instead of just clicking the link provided by the organizer), but for some reason I keep getting a "something went wrong" message when I try to sign in. So, I'm pretty desperate by now, having paid a substantial amount of money for the course and not being able to interact with the speaker and the team along the way and in the Q&A sessions.
