Logmein antivirus install error

Hi everyone

 

it is not possible to install the logmein antivirus by the panel or by the separate software. The error "the install process was canceled by the user" is displayed at the time the services start to be activated

 

Windows 10 x86 20h1

    fdoliveira  From the article I referenced you can either call directly into Support or create a case there for an email follow up.

    hello AshC .

     

    I already have the logs.

     

    how and where can i send them?

    OK, we will probably need the log files for a detailed investigation.  They will be in the install directory or the ProgramData directory.Central Log Files
    C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\LogMeIn.log and LMIYYYYMMDD.logLMI Anti-virus (LMI AV)
    Same as other logs.
    C:\ProgramData\LogMeIn - LogMeInAVServer.log

    fdoliveira   Is this an error received by an Admin User on the local Windows machine when attempting to install LMI AV?
