My company just purchased 10 XIAOMI devices we have this problem. It seems that they will not try to solve it.  Just as they previously made my GrandsStream phones obsolete because they are Android 7. Now I have this problem, can you tell me if they will address this problem?  Thank you. ////  Mi compañía acaba de adquirir 10 equipos XIAOMI tenemos este problema. Hi, I tried deleting the app's cache and local data and uninstalling and then installing the app from the Google Play store (it should install the latest version).
What should I do to open a support case?

The app worked for a while without any problems then stopped working with the error I mentioned.
No particular operation was done on the device.
