[Salesforce] Click to Call - Call Log didn't Create Randomly
Hi Everyone, I am seeking some helps for troubleshooting the issue "The call log didn't create randomly once the call ends in Salesforce". If this not the right place for this topic, please help me move it to the right place. I am looking for the GoTo Integration support in Salesforce, this is the free managed package. I didn't know what cause the issue, since it happens randomly, not all the user are having the issue, only a few on some of the lead records. The settings in Salesforce for Goto are the same, and we have checked with the IT department for the settings in Goto user account. No more we can do on the configuration part, I need some help for this. I have tried to sent the email to support@logmein.com, that I found on AppExchange where the place downloads this app, but this email is not monitored anymore. The agent availability export has two columns backwards. I'm having trouble configuring a desk phone and assigning an extension to a new user... I know the phone can get to the internet, and they are all on a dedicated VLAN, but the admin console shows the phone as unavailable, with error messages happening sporadically. It was able to connect and sync once, and never again from there. I am factory resetting the phone now. As for the assignment of an extension I get a message that the request is malformed... tried on Edge, Safari, and on a Mac and Windows. Same issue. Anyone know if there is a fix? Hi, I have a Xiaomi tablet with adroid version V 14. For a few days now, the GoTo mobile app has been opening and closing immediately. Both Android and the app are updated to the latest version available below is the error message from the app. I have already tried deleting data from the app and caching but the problem remains. From the error message it seems that there is a compatibility problem between the app and the functionality available on the android version. Do you have any suggestions on this? We need to export records of all the calls made in an organization on a daily basis for our BI system to cross-reference the records with other related data sources. So far, I can only find an API method to retrieve all the users who had call activity on a particular day, and then I need to query each user's details individually. In the GoTo Connect Device Settings -> Button Configuration -> Sidecar1 panel, I can configure a single device's EXP50 speed dial with pressence. I would like to apply a single configuration to all devices. Unfortunately, the app is not able to display an external phone number as a contact instead of a number. Unfortunately the application is not yet able to identify the incoming phone number, only the internal one (the number within the PBX network). I am wondering if there is a way for GoTo Connect to differentiate between internal and external calls a route to a unique number depending on the source? I have a scenario where I want calls coming into one of our DID's from external sources routed to one number and all internal calls to that DID (or Ext) routed to a different number.
