Connecting to Audio Message never goes away, cannot start broadcast

We keep getting the below message 



then it will change to this, but will not allow us to press Start Broadcast.

Hi Travis,
Sorry to hear that.  If this just started happening for the first time, the quickest way to reset the connection is to end the meeting, and restart.

We attempted that several times and it never allowed us to connect. We had to cancel the webinar.

Hi Travis,
Are you able to connect your audio to a brand new webinar or GoToMeeting?  Did you make any recent firewall changes, or update any local security software?

We tried with a new Webinar as well and unfortunately I have no idea if we made any Local Security Software or Firewall changes.

Sorry about that, Travis.  It does sound like security if all the machines on your network are experiencing the same problem, and you haven't made any changes to your GoToWebinar settings.  To test this theory, you can try connecting to just telephone on your next webinar to see if anything changes.
