This has happened to me multiple times in the last week in Chrome. I log in as usual but instead of seeing the webinar page listing the webinars -- I get this basic account page that I can't escape. It doesn't make a lot of sense but the only way around it was I logged out of chrome, launched Internet Explorer and then logged in (which worked - I saw the webinars), and then logged in again via chrome and it goes through. Is there a reason for this, GTW?
Sorry for the frustration. This seems to be some kind of cookie issue that is happening, if you select Log Out on the account page you are taken to, you should then see Sign In again that will take you to your My Webinars page.

One reason you may experience being taken straight to the My Account page is because your account is simply not active. However, if you do have an active license, you might consider clearing the cookies and cached files within Chrome and then sign in again.
On your browser toolbar, click More .
Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data.
In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
Click Clear browsing data.
After clearing the browsing data it is a good practice to restart Chrome.
Hi, I have just paid for gotowebinar (as my subscription had expired) and now when I sign in, I just get directed to the 'my account page. I can't get past this to actually set up a webinar or do anything. If I hit the 'my webinars' link it just keeps me on that page, even though it says all paid and next payment is due 11th December! I can go to the admin assistance, and then if I select the drop down mneu next to my name and select gotowebinar, its back to the my account page again! thanks for any assistance!
From the account page, there is no way for me to reach the global.gotowebinar.com. When clicked, or typed in, it simply returns me back to the account page. No error is displayed. I own a yearly subscription of GoToWebinar starter + gotomeeting. I subscribed a few hours ago.
