I am in a very large session LIVE with almost 2000 attendees and many are having issues with freezing screens and quite a few are getting "Video file cannot be played Error 232001." What does that mean?
Are they seeing this during your normal screen sharing in the webinar?
Have you asked those affected how they are connected, from which operating systems or web browsers?
No. They say the screen froze, but they can use the questions pane. We were in the middle of a huge webinar and asking a lot of questions, so no, I do not have information about browsers or operating systems. I assume you have a database that identifies the error codes. What does that code mean?
That error message indicates a standard failure to stream video in-browser. Unfortunately it's not a message that we send ourselves, that means something specific to the broadcast.
@Fran_Simon Would you be able to provide the webinar ID, date/ time of the broadcast, and some of the affected Attendee emails?
