Receiving Inaccurate Email Indicating Recording Is Complete and Ready To Share

I receive emails telling me that my recordings are ready to view and share but they're not. The recording is still processing in the portal when I go to share or view it. Why am I receving these emails if they're inaccurate?

This is frustrating.

I just ignore the emails and keep refreshing the Video Library web page.

Yeah, definitely not ideal. I rely on those emails to be accurate! Smiley Happy
