Registerd places garanteed?

Hallo, When we register 2 days before the webinar 25 participants, are there places guaranteed? After that we will interest a lot people to folow the webinar last minute.  But we will know for sur that the 25 registered (paying) custumors have their place quarenteed, also when they are late.

Re: Registerd places garanteed?

If you limit your registration to 25 attendees, then the first 25 to connect with the webinar will attend, and others will not.
In my case, our account is limited to 100 attendees, but GTW will let us register up to 1000 people. On the day of the webinar, the first 100 connect and the rest do not.

Re: Registerd places garanteed?

Hi Cas,
GoToWebinar registrants are not 'guaranteed' attendance, unless the organizer has limited the registration amount to their conference size while scheduling.

The reason GoToWebinar allows 10 times the number of registrants (more than a session allows currently) is due to the percentage of actual attendance in most situations-- which is often less than 100%.

Re: Registerd places garanteed?

You could get your 25 attendees to connect to the webinar first and then open the gates to let others  attend.  The problem occurs when one of the 25 is running late.
