Unable to get to "new" dashboard

I used to be able to switch back and forth between the old dashboard and the new version (which has a lot of bugs).  I tried to go back to new version today, but no longer saw the little computer guy logo on the side to switch.  Has the new version been shut down due to all the issues/bugs?  Thank you.

@DebbieW  Are you able to clear your browser's cache and log out / into your GoToWebinar account again?
