We currently have a custom question on our registrations where people can enter in a choice, and it's currently just a text field, which causes issues with formatting. We want to use a dropdown or have the ability to use a CSV, so that registrants can only enter a choice on the list itself. Is this possible? I ran an attendee report for our webinar on 1/27/22 and one of the attendees is not listed on the report. He is not listed as registered or as an attendee. He swears he was logged in and he was able to refer to many pieces of information that were shown on the screen throughout the webinar, but which were not verbally mentioned. I also asked if he could have registered using a different name or email address, or perhaps if someone registered for him, but that was not the case. Any idea how someone who attended a webinar would not show up on any reports? We issue continuing education credits so the fact that he is not showing up as an attendee is a bit of an issue. Hello I export Camtasia recordings to MP4 format, hopefully you can see the setting below. I don't get any more complex than that. Myself and colleagues have had issues within the last week where some audience members could not hear the audio on recordings which had been uploaded to the scheduled event and shared by the presenter. I have found instructions on your support site on how to change browser settings in Explorer, but nothing about Chrome or Firefox for example. I've also seen other similar threads around encoding, codec, sample rates and bit rates, but I don't understand it to try it. Hi, I did a webinar yesterday, and recorded it. The webinar lasted for about 1h30. However, the recording just recorded everything until 1h02. Hi! I was going to use the "virtual event" but I have to big problems: I can't find the conexion link of the panelists and of the registered. And this is really important because most of the times people can't find the automatic email that they receive with the link. In the normal webinar option you can see the directly link of conexion for registered and panelists. and also, I can't see the list of people registered. In the webinar option if you click on the number of registered, you can see a list. But in virtual event that doesn't happen. Trying to get my head around the virtual event process. A couple of questions 1. Do all participants including organizers and panelists need to register a seat to be able to attend? Doesn't seem to be any other way for me as an organiser to enter the event other than booking a seat. 2. Can panelists enter an event early to set up (add videos etc)? 3. We're using GoToWebinar for hybrid lessons; we promote everyone to panelist and ask them to share their webcam. But when more people share their webcam, the quality of each webcam goes down. I vaguely remember reading that GoToWebinar sends a cumulative 1920x960, and each webcam uses a portion of this screen real estate. So if 25 webcams were to be shared, the resulting resolution per webcam would end up 76,8px by 38,4px. Hi, We want to make some of our live webinars available for reviewing afterwards as a recorded event (so we can keep track of who and how many times the recording has been viewed). Problem is that you have to set an end-time, and that you cannot choose an end time like in over a year; it is possible to keep it for a couple of months, but not longer. Problem with this is that after the deadline, I suppose that the link will not work anymore as the event will not be available anymore. How can we solve this, so that interested people will be able to use one link for the recorded event now and in a year (or later), instead of having to create a new link every couple of months? Quick question, we use the GoTo Webcast Mode which I know doesn't include dial in info for attendees which I'm ok with. When one of these webinars is launched, I noticed a "invite" in the lower right of the attendee tab, when you open that a pop up which you can either select "Email" or "Copy Invitation" this does include dial in info. Is this just a small pool of phone dial in info for those who have trouble connecting? is it safe to send those having connection issues this dial in info since technically attendees don't have that option? Again, I'm thinking this is a very small pool of dial in access for those having issues. In the current workflow, you copy an existing webinar and get a screen asking if you want to copy existing staff (organizers/panelists). If you select their names, they immediately get their invitation emails. THEN you proceed to the webinar edit page where you can change the description and email customization. This means the copied staff receive emails referencing the older (source) webinar. Please let us update webinar description and email settings before copying staff members. When I start to play a webinar playback everything seems to work right, then if I try to fast forward a bit, the spinning buffer wheel comes up and the video stops playing from there. Refreshing the page goes back to the same place in the video causing the buffer wheel to spin forever again, but if I clear the cookies for the site and refresh the video starts back up at the beginning like normal. The +15 and -15 seconds buttons work fine, it only happens if I try to fast-forward to a position on the timeline This is happening on multiple machines, on separate internet connections, with both Chrome and Edge browsers and multiple webinar recordings. The problem affects all devices in the office. I deactivated the firewall as a test. Antivirus software is not installed. However, I think what needs to happen is that this video, and their future videos should be managed on another account we have. Can you do a hybrid event using the Virtaul Event feature? For example, I have a two-day event coming up, with about 100 people. Half will be in person and half will be attending virtually. Day 1 features presenters who are all in person that we will stream out to virtual attendees. Day 2 features some presentations from the virtual audience. My concern is do you have to set up each session as a different event with separate registration? Or do you put in a long 1-day event with the applicable presenters noted & let them join / share screens at that time? Also curious about recording for a day-long event.
