Unable to see today's webinar Analytics

Hi, we just ran a webinar successfully - we had a full room and we recorded our webinar.

 

However, my dashboard says that we had no attendees. Can anyone assist?

    Hello,

    I apologize for the recent reporting issues.

     

    We experienced a data disruption this week of GoToWebinar session analytics which should be fully restored in the coming days. 

     

    Please reference our status page for resolution updates:  https://status.gotomeeting.com/ 

  • We are having the same problem from todays webinar. I called support, but the call ended after being on hold for 20 min.

      Oh wow, that's not good! I really hope they're looking into this - I'm concerned about the emails that we have set up to automatically go to those who attended and those who were absent. If our webinar is showing as 0 attendees, does this mean everyone who registered will now get the absentee email?
