Live Chat to Website

I can never seem to get the live chat code to work on our website. Can you give some guidance on it?
How much customization can you do on it? Any flows, or AI?

We have an Ask the Experts session each week Monday - Thursday that you may find helpful with these newer features.
I think I got it working. Now, my next issue is I have the chat assistance thing working great, but its not showing this "Please wait a moment while we transfer you to a live agent. Thank you."
It should go to the chat queue you set up for it, and then if you're assigned to that queue the message would should be available.
So, looks like that is working however, when I send it, it sends, however, where do I see it on the back end? (the app side)
WFI I see the Webchat icon on your Contact Us page and the Submit button looks live, were you able to resolve the issue?

So you are able to receive chat messages from someone on your website, but you cannot reply?

I've done everything. We have the chat on our website now , but it's not allowing me to 'send' anything...

I take it you are following the steps in this Webchat article, can you provide some more details about what is happening? Which code option are you using and is there any error message?
