Unable to see today's webinar Analytics
Hi, we just ran a webinar successfully - we had a full room and we recorded our webinar.
However, my dashboard says that we had no attendees. Can anyone assist?
Thanks
Caroline
Hello,
I apologize for the recent reporting issues.
We experienced a data disruption this week of GoToWebinar session analytics which should be fully restored in the coming days.

There were incidents yesterday. GTW is working on it.
More details at https://status.gotomeeting.com/
Identified - Due to technical difficulties, reports for webinars hosted between 05/14, 15:00 UTC until 05/14 22:00 UTC may currently be unavailable. Our engineering team is working diligently on the resolution and the reports are likely to be available in the next 72 hours.

On 14th May 2020 I gave a webinar at 8pm CET and on the morning of 15th I wanted to make an attendee report but the webinar does not appear among the list ? I need this to grant the attendees with continuous education units (credits).
How to solve this problem.

There are no Analytics for my webinar showing either. ID: 563-687-131
This information is really important, so I'd appreciate quick resolution. I'd also appreciate advice on whether emails to attendees and absentees will go out accurately, or if everyone that registered receive the Absentee email?

Oh wow, that's not good! I really hope they're looking into this - I'm concerned about the emails that we have set up to automatically go to those who attended and those who were absent. If our webinar is showing as 0 attendees, does this mean everyone who registered will now get the absentee email?

We are having the same problem from todays webinar. I called support, but the call ended after being on hold for 20 min.

We ran a webinar today and there are no stats for it.
It's been over 2 hours and I know there were some issues earlier. Any idea when this will be fixed?

All webinar reporting should be caught up very soon.

The person claims to have sent me chats during the webinar so he must've been on a computer. As far as I know, he would've had to sign on from his own link. He wouln't have had access to anyone else's.
New problem is I just completed a webinar and it is showing no one attended even though 85 people were on. I think there may be some larger issue at play here.

I completed a webinar approximately an hour ago. We had 85 people on, almost all on computers--not solely via telephone. GoToWebinar is showing 0 attendees on the dashboard and no attendee report is available. The only report that shows for this particular webinar is the registration report. Anyone know what is going on here? On hold with support now.
