Cyralek There may be something up with that Organizer's account. Please have them call into Customer Support to create a case for us to examine further.

User has tried with Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome, and the issue persists with both.

User is the only organizer with this issue. 2 others are able to add videos. Issue persists across different PC or LAN.

Cyralek Is this the only Organizer in your group experiencing this issue?
If so, have they tested through a different PC or LAN?
